The “Minor Cannibalism” achievement requires players to eat an enemy cannibal in The Forest.
The easiest way to get this achievement is by eating the first cannibal that the player encounters. Simply chop off the two arms and two legs of an enemy and cook it in a fire. The achievement should pop after eating all four limbs.
